As an Account Management and Onboarding Specialist, you’ll play a key role in transforming the way the world’s best-known automotive brands showcase their vehicles. You’ll be the friendly face welcoming new customers to our cutting-edge vehicle imagery platform – guiding them through setup, solving challenges, and making sure they’re set up for success. You’ll also build lasting relationships with our existing clients, ensuring they continue to get the very best from our technology and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and contacts.
- Support our established sales team in maintaining and managing the onboarding experience.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Drive the collection of customer reviews to support continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
- Manage change requests within established frameworks to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Support projects with internal teams to ensure successful delivery to meet deadlines.
- Work closely with service delivery teams to maintain an exceptional customer service experience.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive internal documentation and wiki resources.
Key Skills
- Experience of working within an account management role; we can teach you the industry.
- Some commercial experience or working successfully with customer services, sales or account management teams.
- Experienced at forming strong and trusted relationships with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Commercial experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Full driving license.
