Location: Hybrid - working 1-2 a week from our Measham site and 3-4 times a week from home
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00-17:00 (with occasional Saturdays on a rota basis paid as overtime)

Main purpose of the role: Within this role, you will be joining a team that provides support to ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations within your division. An ideal candidate for this role will have great administrative and data entry skills, a flexible approach and lots of enthusiasm.
Main responsibilities:
- General office duties such as completing data, uploading files to the internal systems, filling paperwork, responding to telephone and email queries
- Creating and maintaining records of incoming vehicles and liaising with the site on any vehicles that have been rejected
- Managing movement schedule and vehicle tracker
- Dealing with any customer returns for repairs ensuring a quick turnaround
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties will be included
Skills and experience required:
- Previous administrative experience (essential)
- Computer literate with experience in using Excel (essential)
- Strong communicative skills – speaking, reading and writing (essential)
- Excellent numerical and literacy skills
- You will be passionate to work within the motor industry and take pride in their work, to the highest standards of work set by customers
- Excellent attention to detail
