Premium Vehicle Handover Specialist – Working out of BMW Vehicle Delivery Centre (VDC) Southampton

Salary & Hours

£30,578.83 a year – Monday – Friday. 45 paid hours per week plus paid overtime. (A part‑time role, working a Monday and a Friday (2 days per week) may also be available.)

What will you do?

Based from BMW’s Southern based VDC, you will be delivering a first class \’white glove handover\’ experience exclusively to select clientele. Predominantly BMW product, however there will be occasions where you will be expected to deliver/collect alternative product for other manufacturers/contracts that BCA service and represent. You should be prepared to travel to a variety of locations throughout the UK on a daily basis. Delivery and collection sites may include company premises, customers\’ homes and business locations.

Forming part of a team of drivers, as a Brand Ambassador you will have a \’customer first\’ approach and will be excited about the essential part you play in making your customer\’s \’New Car Day\’ a special and immersive experience.

Our dedicated expert team of coordinators and planners are responsible for planning your routes and daily schedules to fit within the timeframe of vehicle deliveries and collections. This will include getting you back to base, either via a Key for Key basis, collected by another team member, or by using public transport.

What do we need from you?

Right to work in the UK.

  • Have held a full UK licence for more than 2 years.
  • Clean driving licence (we will consider points for minor offences).
  • Customer Service mindset.
  • A \’can-do\’ attitude for this hands‑on role.
  • Flexibility and the ability to react to ever changing situations.

The ideal candidate will be excited about the essential part they play in making their customer\’s \’New Car Day\’ a special and immersive experience.
