Premium Vehicle Handover Specialist - BCA Thurleigh

£31,727.71 a year

Monday - Friday • 47.5 hours per week plus paid overtime • Driving Licence (Required) • Optional weekend work

We are looking for a customer-service oriented person who takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience, ideally with a background in front-of-house or customer-facing roles.

Role Overview

Based from our Thurleigh site, you will be delivering a first class “white glove handover” experience exclusively to select clientele. You should be prepared to travel to a variety of locations throughout the UK on a daily basis. Delivery and collection sites may include company premises, customers’ homes and business locations. As part of a brand new team of drivers, you will have a customer-first approach and will be excited about the essential part you play in making your customer’s ‘New Car Day’ a special and immersive experience. Our dedicated team of coordinators and planners are responsible for planning your routes and daily schedules to fit within the timeframe of vehicle deliveries.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a first-class white-glove handover experience to select clientele.
  • Travel to a variety of locations across the UK on a daily basis; delivery and collection sites may include company premises, customers’ homes and business locations.
  • Work as part of a brand-new team of drivers with a customer-first approach.
  • Coordinate with planners to ensure routes and daily schedules fit within delivery timeframes.

  • Full UK Driving Licence held for more than 2 years
  • Clean driving licence (points for minor offences may be considered)
  • Customer service mindset
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude for this hands-on, physical role
