Location: This is a field based role covering North London, Colchester, Luton across to Oxford
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Main Purpose of The Role:
The BCA Partner Finance Area Sales Manager is a key Sales and Account Management role. The role will encompass a variation of responsibilities including account management, developing new business and client training. The primary objective is to grow the existing dealer base with new dealers, whilst maintaining current relationships and developing them to their maximum potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and promote BCA Partner Finance to prospective new clients
- Account Management of existing dealers, maintaining relationships to ensure retention and growth of existing accounts whilst seeking out opportunities for growth
- Cross-selling BCA products and services and assisting with the delivery of any new BCA Partner Finance products or services
- Managing an increased portfolio of dealers to maintain a high level of service and to make sure those dealers are following the companies (BCA’s) standards and guidelines
- Develop strong internal BCA relationships to ensure our business partner/relationships deliver the correct level into the business
- Sales reporting including weekly Pipeline and Activity Reports
- Ensure sales targets are achieved to the KPIs
- Assess, identify and mitigate risks and ensure compliance to applicable internal policies and external regulations e.g. Data Protection
- From time to time the ASM will be asked to carry out other duties to fit in with the requirements of the business day to day activities
Knowledge and Experience Required:
- To be successful in the role you must be a self-motivated sales led individual who has good commercial skills and credit awareness alongside excellent planning and organisational skills.
- An excellent communicator with strong influencing skills encouraging dealers to increase the penetration levels and be able to train and develop their sales people to increase revenue;
- Produce and deliver compelling sales presentations to your customer base
- Automotive Industry Knowledge
- A business-to-business service lead background ideally from within a finance role.
- A proven track record in developing business relationships and have a sales background. You must be structured, a strong closer and driven to achieve results.
