BCA Logistics is seeking a Driver Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our driver team and support field personnel nationwide from the Birmingham area.

You will drive performance against service levels while coaching drivers and coordinating with recruitment and planning teams.

The role requires strong organisation, excellent communication, and proficiency in Excel and our in-house systems to deliver accurate updates to customers and colleagues alike.
