Working Hours – Three shifts available as follows:

• SHIFT 1 - Tuesday & Thursday 9am-1pm and Friday 12.30pm-4.30pm (14hrs)
• SHIFT 2 - Tuesday & Thursday 8am-5pm and Wednesday 9am-1pm (20hrs)
• SHIFT 3 - Monday & Tuesday 8am-5pm and Wednesday 1.30pm-5.30pm (20hrs)

Main purpose of the role

In this role, you’ll deliver industry-leading customer service to our buyers, ensuring a smooth and efficient vehicle collection experience. You’ll play a key part in resolving queries and complaints quickly, professionally, and cost-effectively, helping to maintain a positive customer journey from start to finish.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Carry out vehicle production administration, including accurate data entry and document management
• Manage the Click & Collect process, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and positive experience for buyers and hauliers
• Provide a professional front-of-house service to customers and site visitors
• Support buyers by resolving queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Work closely with the central claims team to ensure issues are handled promptly and recorded accurately
• Respond to and action requests from the central call centre efficiently

To be successful, you’ll bring the following with you:

• Strong customer service skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Confident IT skills, with experience in Salesforce or similar systems desirable
• Good decision‑making and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

£35,000 - £40,000 plus car allowance (OTE up to £52,500)
