Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Teacher of T Level Marketing for our Windsor College Campus to work 30 hours per week on a 0.81 FTE. The role pays from T1 £25,648.38 up to T11 £36,762.97 (T1 £31,633 up to T11 £45,341 Full time Equivalent), which will be dependent on experience and qualifications. Please note that the expected start date for this role is Thursday 20th August 2026.
Role and Responsibilities
- In addition to teaching responsibilities, the successful candidate will undertake Curriculum Lead responsibilities for the Business and Marketing provision, supporting the quality, development and day-to-day coordination of the curriculum area.
- As a Curriculum Lead for Business and Marketing, you will manage the day-to-day delivery of provision for learners across T Level Marketing and Level 3 Business programmes within the department (as agreed with the Head of Department).
- You will play a key role in raising the quality of the student learning experience and improving levels of engagement, achievement and satisfaction.
- You will contribute to all quality assurance processes, including the induction and development of new staff, and lead on the sharing of best practice in Teaching, Learning and Assessment.
- Working closely with the Assistant Principal and Head of Department, you will support the ongoing development of an innovative and responsive curriculum that reflects current industry practice and meets the evolving needs of students, higher education providers and employers.
- The role requires significant teaching experience within a college environment, with a strong track record of designing and delivering imaginative, innovative and high-impact teaching and learning.
- You will teach across T Level Marketing and Level 3 Business programmes, ensuring students develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for progression into higher education and employment within the marketing and business sectors.
- You will be responsible for securing high-quality student outcomes through the effective, efficient and economical use of college resources, while also leading curriculum planning, employer engagement and the continuous improvement of the Business curriculum area.
