Part‑time position – 21 hours per week, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Salary: £13,677.24 – £15,201.73 (Scale G of the Support Staff pay scale; the full‑time equivalent would be £24,098 – £26,784).

Responsibilities

  • Maximise student potential and achievement by providing technical and practical support within indoor and outdoor horticulture training environments.
  • Ensure high‑quality training sessions, safe practical delivery and successful preparation for EPA and RHS assessments.
  • Prepare materials and maintain resources for practical tasks.
  • Facilitate engaging and inclusive learning activities.
  • Support apprentice learning activities, plant establishment and maintenance throughout all seasons and training cycles.
