We're seeking a dedicated Site Assessor – Electrical to manage and mentor a dynamic caseload of apprentices within our Electrical Apprenticeship Programme at Windsor Forest Colleges Group. This full‑time, permanent role involves providing essential skills coaching and mentoring to help apprentices excel in their end‑point assessments. You will manage a caseload, carry out site visits and formative assessments in the workplace to progress toward a successful gateway. Travel across the region is essential. Remote working is available for administrative tasks and planning.
Qualifications and Experience
- Applicants must be able to coach and mentor apprentices.
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical.
- Able to manage travel and on‑site visits.
- A DBS and Barred List check will be required.
