Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Lecturer of Motor Vehicles to join our Slough & Langley College campus. This is a permanent, full‑time position with a salary ranging from £31,633 (T1) up to £45,341 (T11), depending on qualifications and experience. Expected start date: Wednesday, 19th August 2026.
As a Lecturer in Motor Vehicles, you will deliver inspiring teaching, learning and assessment across motor vehicle programmes, supporting students to develop the technical skills, professional behaviours and industry knowledge required for successful careers in the automotive sector. You will monitor learner progress closely, provide timely interventions where needed and maintain high expectations to ensure students achieve their full potential.
We are looking for someone with strong industry expertise who can create engaging and relevant learning experiences that reflect current automotive practices and emerging technologies. Prior experience in curriculum development or course planning is highly beneficial, as it will contribute to keeping programmes up to date, practical and aligned with industry standards. You will play an active role in maintaining a positive and professional learning environment, supporting both student achievement and progression.
