Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Programme Manager – Motor Vehicles to join our Slough and Langley College team starting in August 2026 on a permanent, full-time basis. The Programme Manager - Motor Vehicles at Slough & Langley College is a leadership role responsible for managing a high-performing learning area and a team of staff while delivering 18 teaching hours per week. The role pays on the Programme Manager pay scale which is PM1 £39,291.00 up to PM7 £46,966.00 per year.

This position focuses on meeting annual KPIs, ensuring high levels of student achievement, and fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement through self-assessment and innovative learning methods. Key operational duties include:

  • Managing day-to-day curriculum activities
  • Conducting staff PDRs
  • Strategically growing both funded and commercial course offerings

Additionally, the manager is expected to build strong relationships with external stakeholders and industry partners to secure student placements and enhance the college’s reputation.

To be eligible, candidates must hold a Level 4 teaching qualification or PGCE, GCSE or Level 2 Equivalent in English and Maths, and possess relevant industrial experience alongside a track record in Further Education delivery. Essential skills include:
