Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a part-time Teacher of Psychology for our Strode’s College Campus to work 24.42 hours per week (0.66 FTE) on a fixed-term basis. The role salary ranges from £20,547.78 to £29,595.06 (full-time equivalent £31,133 to £44,841), dependent on experience and qualifications.
Expected start date: Thursday 20 August 2026. Expected fixed-term end date: Friday 31 July 2027.
You will be a key driver of academic excellence within our Social Sciences department, leading the curriculum delivery and quality assurance for our A-Level Psychology provision. You will design and implement a rigorous, high-standard curriculum strategy bridging GCSE and undergraduate study, ensuring our quality systems push students toward top-tier results. You will mentor students through psychological research and theory, supporting their academic growth and UCAS aspirations. You should have a deep understanding of current A-Level specifications and a track record of fostering a high-achieving learning environment. You will be passionate about building a supportive yet intellectually demanding culture that mirrors higher education. By aligning your teaching with the college’s mission and vision, you will inspire students to apply psychological principles to the real world, using evidence-based pedagogy and sector-leading best practices.
