Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for an Industry Placement Advisor to join us on a full‑time, permanent basis, primarily across our Strode’s College and Windsor College campuses. This is a term‑time only position. Working 37 hours a week over 41 weeks a year, the role offers a pro‑rata salary between £25,116.16 (H19) and £27,604.40 (H22), depending on experience and qualifications. For reference, the full‑time equivalent salary range is £27,284 (H19) to £29,987 (H22).
The primary objective of this role is to act as a bridge between the professional world and education, supporting students in acquiring essential employability skills and securing high‑quality industry placements that fulfil the criteria set by both the college and awarding bodies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong partnerships with employers by regularly visiting locations and maintaining engagement.
- Coaching students to become work‑ready through tailored support and guidance.
- Working across Strode’s and Windsor College campuses to facilitate placement activities.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Professional background in retail, recruitment, account management, business development, or a related industry.
- Full driving licence and own means of transport.
