Engagement and Onboarding Lead

Salary: Support Scale I22 £29,987 up to I25 £32,706, dependent on experience and qualifications.

This is a fixed‑term contract, ending 31 July 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue and convert warm leads.
  • Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns for the Greenskills Department.
  • Track customer interactions and use data to improve pipeline performance and commercial growth.
  • Engage and onboard trade professionals, supporting their training requirements, course selection and employer relationships.
  • Oversee Salesforce management for our specialist technical training portfolio.
  • Build and maintain a high‑performing, supportive and compliant culture for staff and learners.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in lead generation and pipeline conversion within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Passion for developing a high‑performing, supportive culture aligned with the college values, mission and emerging green tech, retrofit and Net Zero best practice.
  • Excellent communication and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
