At BC Platforms, we’re on a mission to accelerate medical innovation and improve health outcomes using advanced data and analytics. We’re expanding our fast-growing Alliance & Channels team and seeking a Global Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and close global partner opportunities that expand our reach and deliver long-term value. This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape strategy, drive deals end-to-end, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business.
Location: UK and Ireland
Work Mode: Fully Remote, Permanent, up to 20% Travel
Compensation: depending on experience
Start date: January 2026
Working time: Full-time, flexible working hours
Reporting to: Global Head of Alliances & Channels
What you will do:
- Build & qualify a global pipeline of strategic alliance & channel opportunities
- Develop compelling partner value propositions and lead negotiations through to contract signature
- Manage & grow executive-level relationships with partners to ensuring alignment and delivery
- Coordinate internal stakeholders for smooth post-contract delivery and partner enablement
- Localise and enhance sales, training, and marketing materials to support partner success
- Establish ongoing governance and performance rhythms to drive partner revenue growth

- 6+ years of demonstrated success in healthcare, life sciences, or technology partnerships
- Skilled communicator with strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building capabilities
- Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic global environment
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving deals from lead to close
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, or related field (MBA a plus)
