What you will do
- Build and operate scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
- Automate deployments, operational processes, and developer workflows
- Improve platform reliability, security, and observability
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate engineering delivery and reduce manual effort
- Support and mentor teammates while growing into a DevOps leadership position
Your team will include
- Product engineering teams across multiple countries
- Platform, security, data, and cloud specialists
- Cross-functional stakeholders supporting healthcare and life sciences solutions
As the team grows, this role is expected to become a key technical and leadership position within the DevOps function
Your roadmap in this role
Within 6 months
- Stabilize active DevOps initiatives and accelerate delivery velocity
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements
Within a year
- Deliver highly automated, reliable, and observable deployment processes
- Significantly reduce operational toil through automation and AI-native practices
What makes you a strong fit
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or related fields
- Strong hands-on AWS experience and familiarity with Azure
- Expertise with infrastructure as code, including Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK
- Solid Linux, Git, and production systems administration skills
- Experience developing automation solutions in Python or similar languages
- Experience running and securing production environments
- AI-native working style with regular use of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
- Excellent written communication and documentation capabilities
You’ll stand out if you have
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, or SOC 2
- AWS certifications
