Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant

BC Financial Search is working with an established accountancy practice in Leeds to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a broad, hands-on position suited to somebody with good experience working within an accountancy practice or bookkeeping environment who enjoys managing their own workload and having regular contact with clients. The role will be predominantly office-based in Leeds, with occasional travel to client premises where required. The firm is open-minded on qualification level. You could be studying towards AAT, already AAT qualified, or simply have strong practical experience and be qualified by experience. Study support can also be provided for somebody who would like to continue their professional development. Salary is expected to be in the region of £32,000–£40,000, depending on experience.
