Business Development Manager – London Area

We’re looking for a communicative, team‑oriented sales professional with a tenacious ‘can‑do’ attitude and a love for business to become the face of BBX in the London area.

BBX is a global leader in its field, operating in 14 countries and with a 30‑year pedigree. We serve micro‑ and small‑enterprise businesses with a unique marketing‑payments platform that enables businesses to fund purchases by pledging their goods/services instead of using cash reserves. This allows users to conserve cash, guarantee extra customers, and build profits.

The successful candidate will increase our customer base by presenting to business owners and directors over phone, Zoom, or face‑to‑face meetings, demonstrating how BBX can deliver guaranteed growth, improved cash flow, and boosted profits.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and showcase the BBX platform to prospective clients.
• Conduct phone, Zoom, and in‑person meetings with business owners and directors.
• Identify and close new business opportunities.
• Prospect and network throughout the market to generate leads.
• Collaborate with the national office to provide local market insights.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.
• Solid understanding of business or a strong willingness to learn.
• Motivation to become a top performer in the field.
• Experience or comfort with a 360° sales role (presenting, closing, prospecting, networking).
• Valid car ownership (required for field work).
