BBVA, a global financial group, seeks a Senior Manager – Risk Control Assurance (RCA) for the UK. You will lead the UK RCA function, oversee non-financial risk identification, assessment, mitigation and monitoring across CIB activities within the UK perimeter, and contribute to the European risk framework.
You will manage the UK RCA team, coordinating risk testing, KRIs, remediation follow-ups and governance with senior stakeholders across Business, Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit.
