Within our Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) division, we are looking for a proactive and collaborative Associate to join our Talent & Culture team. This position provides a 360-degree view of our global strategy, allowing you to manage end-to-end processes in Talent and Mobility while strengthening your network across different countries.
About the job:
The Role & Connection: As a Global Talent & Mobility Associate, you will report directly to the Leads of Professional Development and TA & Mobility for CIB. You will serve as a key bridge, connecting corporate Group functions with our front-office teams across different geographies to ensure seamless alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Process Execution: Coordinate, execute, and monitor global talent processes, including annual assessment cycles.
- Global Mobility Management: Facilitate and track cross-border mobility processes, with a specific focus on Short-Term Assignments (STAs).
- CIB Global Projects: Provide hands-on support and actively participate in strategic global Talent & Culture projects within the CIB division.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a main point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and alignment between Group specialists and local country front-office teams.
What we are looking for / Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience handling Professional Development, Talent Acquisition or Mobility processes is highly desirable. For internal applicants, experience within the Group's operations will be highly valued.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency (C1 level or higher) in both English and Spanish is mandatory, as you will be constantly interacting with international stakeholders.
- Core Competencies: Strong empathy, exceptional teamwork abilities (maintaining continuous interaction and coordination with other T&C teams to ensure operational excellence and alignment across processes), and a high level of initiative to drive processes forward in a fast-paced environment, identifying opportunities for improvement, simplification and automation.
- Location: Ability to work from our London office under our current hybrid model. Please note that priority will be given to candidates who are eligible to work in the UK.
