The Executive Director will originate, structure, negotiate, and execute Transaction Banking solutions, with a strong primary focus on originating and structuring Global Trade Finance and Working Capital solutions (including Standby Letters of Credit, Supply Chain Finance, A/R solutions, and Structured Trade Finance), followed by Cash Management and Liquidity Management offerings, across Financial Sponsors and the broader NBFI client environment. The role requires strong commercial drive, structuring capabilities, and disciplined risk management.
As a senior member of the team, the role includes supporting junior bankers on complex transactions and broader team initiatives.

- Drive revenue generation for the assigned portfolio, contributing to pricing discussions, return optimization, and wallet share expansion.
- Structure and deliver tailored solutions aligned with client operating models, liquidity needs, and capital structures.
- Lead end to end execution of transactions, including client pitches, RFP processes, and internal approvals.
- Maintain an active and disciplined pipeline, with clear visibility on opportunities and conversion.
