About the job: To support the Global Credit and UK GM COO based in London, in: The design, development, and execution of the relevant GM & Credit (the Business) strategy, budgets, and business plans. Monitoring unit activity, results, and positioning, with a focus on providing sufficient resources to achieve the Business\’s goals. Collaborating with control & support functions to achieve and maintain operational excellence, including proposing and implementing process improvements. The candidate should possess: Qualifications: 2-5 years of industry experience, preferably in global markets or banking within international investment banks or equivalent financial institutions. Basic understanding of trade & client lifecycles and front-to-back flows. Proficiency with email, Excel/Google Sheets, analytical and presentation applications, data visualization tools, and productivity suites. Familiarity with Google Workspace, process automation, and coding skills are advantageous. Fluency in English; Spanish skills (reading & writing) are a plus. Soft skills: Execution-oriented with a strong client focus (both external and internal). Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach. Capability to navigate complex, matrixed organizational structures across all levels. Cultural fluency and adaptability for international and local contexts. Self-motivated, independent, with initiative. Highly analytical with a problem-solving mindset and lateral thinking ability to develop innovative solutions.
