Our rates desk is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Inflation & Rates Trader to help lead the charge. This role involves active risk‑taking and uncovering relative‑value opportunities across EUR, UK, and US markets.

Previous Experience and Background:
- Strong academic background in quantitative finance, mathematics, physics, engineering, or economics.
- Significant experience trading rates and inflation products at a bank, hedge fund, or asset manager.
- Proven ability to run risk and P&L within defined limits.
- Experience with cross‑asset trading (energy, FX, macro rates environment).
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills applied to discretionary trading decisions.
- Programming skills in Python, VBA, or similar for pricing analytics and scenario and algorithm tools.
- Spanish will be a nice‑to‑have.
