Responsibilities

  • Support origination of No Recourse Commercial Real Estate transactions across various markets.
  • Manage and develop relationships with clients, lenders, advisors, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand different Commercial Real Estate sectors and UK & international financial markets.
  • Originate and execute Commercial Real Estate deals, including financial structuring, modelling, due diligence, and financial closing.
  • Coordinate credit analysis with Analysts and Associates, and manage credit papers and reports.
  • Prepare and negotiate complex real estate structured finance documentation such as term sheets, commitment letters, credit agreements, and security agreements.
  • Present to clients and prepare materials for pitches.
  • Coordinate and negotiate with stakeholders across client relationship, global markets, risk and legal departments, and advisory.

Position Requirements

  • At least six years of relevant experience in Structured Real Estate Finance or a comparable background in investment banking or advisory.
  • Outstanding track record as a real estate professional with strong knowledge of fundamentals.
  • Preferably experience leading arranging and bookrunning positions of real estate finance mandates.
  • Business School/University degree in economics, finance or a related field.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in a second European language is a plus.
  • Experience with large transactions and Originate to Distribute is a plus.
  • Formal credit training and a problem‑solving attitude.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a team environment under tight deadlines.
