The Global Talent & Mobility Associate will report directly to the Leads of Professional Development and TA & Mobility for CIB. The role serves as a key bridge between corporate Group functions and front-office teams across different geographies, ensuring seamless alignment and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Process Execution: Coordinate, execute, and monitor global talent processes, including annual assessment cycles.
  • Global Mobility Management: Facilitate and track cross-border mobility processes, with a focus on Short-Term Assignments (STAs).
  • CIB Global Projects: Provide hands-on support and actively participate in strategic global Talent & Culture projects within the CIB division.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and alignment between Group specialists and local country front-office teams.

Requirements

  • Experience: Prior experience handling Professional Development, Talent Acquisition or Mobility processes is highly desirable. Internal applicants with experience within the Group’s operations will be highly valued.
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency (C1 level or higher) in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Core Competencies: Strong empathy, exceptional teamwork abilities, and a high level of initiative to drive processes forward in a fast-paced environment, identifying opportunities for improvement, simplification and automation.
  • Location: Ability to work from the London office under the current hybrid model. Priority will be given to candidates eligible to work in the UK.
