Execute and support patch management processes for Windows servers and infrastructure components. Assist in vulnerability remediation, working with security teams to address findings from vulnerability scans. Participate in security improvement initiatives and infrastructure compliance activities. Monitor infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools, responding to alerts and incidents. Support asset management, maintaining accurate records of infrastructure components. Assist with Citrix platforms (Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix DaaS, NetScaler) as part of the wider infrastructure estate. Contribute to infrastructure projects such as upgrades, migrations, and platform improvements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a Windows Infrastructure or Systems Administration role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.
- Practical knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Experience or exposure to patch management and vulnerability remediation.
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and incident response processes.
- Exposure to Citrix environments (Virtual Apps & Desktops, NetScaler).
