The Emerging Markets Sales team based in London operates as an exciting, multi-asset desk within a fast-paced trading floor environment. The team specializes in trading a diverse range of financial products, including Local bonds, Interest Rate Swaps, FX, FX Options, and Credit derivatives. Focused heavily on Latin American, Turkish, and Middle Eastern markets, the desk actively covers a client base situated across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. Furthermore, the team is highly proactive in driving market engagement, regularly organizing international conferences and client meetings.

Join our Emerging Markets Sales team in London for a hands-on internship where you will learn how a fast-paced trading floor operates from the inside. You will closely support the team in their daily activities, helping to facilitate the work of the salespeople while gaining unique exposure to international market operations across Latin America, Turkey, and the Middle East.

What You Will Do
  • Trading Floor Support: Assist the sales team with daily desk activities, helping to facilitate their workflow while learning directly from experienced professionals.
  • Data & Reconciliation: Support the team with basic data analysis and help in the post-trade reconciliation process between the Front Office and Back Office.
  • Administrative Assistance: Help organize meetings or client calls, and assist in taking notes and creating summaries for the team.
  • Reporting Collaboration: Assist in administrative and analytical tasks, such as helping with revenue reporting and day-to-day desk operations.
What We Are Looking For
  • Education: Recent Graduate (or currently looking for a placement/gap year) with a clear career focus on Finance, Economics, or Business.
  • Languages: English is mandatory. Spanish or Turkish language skills are valued.
  • Key Competencies: A strong interest in financial markets and products, basic problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Good command of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) and Gmail.
  • Mindset: A strong desire to learn, great attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
