The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
You will manage existing BBSM South East biomass boiler clients and expand the portfolio in the South East. Provide technical advice and guidance to Customer Account Managers (CAMs) in relation to BBSM’s South East England customers. Although you will primarily be based around the South East area, you will be required to travel and work away from home.
Your role will include but is not limited to:
- Attending customer sites for callouts / breakdown requests, servicing, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and remedial works.
- Completing meter changes in line with RHI/Ofgem requirements, including supporting documentation and images.
- Fault finding, diagnosis and rectification of issues with biomass boiler systems.
- Completing site attendance and service reports.
- Specification of replacement parts as required.
- Quantifying labour requirements for customer works.
- Providing technical support to the CAMs.
- Documenting and resolving issues with site health & safety, and engineers’ tools and equipment.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Full UK Driving Licence - (The Company will complete regular checks with the DVLA for insurance purposes)
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong work ethic and experience of working in commercial, public sector and industrial environments
- Engineering based qualification or equivalent overseas qualification
- Strong mechanical and electrical engineering background
- Proven experience in site Health & Safety
- Competent computer skills, using Outlook, Teams and Microsoft packages
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Welding experience
- Experience of servicing and maintaining Biomass boilers
- IPAF and/or PASMA
- Confined spaces training
