We are looking for an Incoming Quality Control Inspector to ensure the quality of incoming vendor-supplied parts and internally fabricated components. This role is critical in maintaining our product reliability, safety, and production flow. Youβll work closely with Quality, Inventory, Materials, and Purchasing teams to keep inspections accurate, timely, and aligned to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming supplier parts and in-house fabricated components to verify material, regulatory, and dimensional compliance
- Perform in-process inspections during assembly and manufacturing
- Work with Quality and Materials teams to schedule and prioritize inspection workloads
- Identify quality trends and recommend adjustments to inspection frequency
- Document inspection findings, nonconformances, and resolution actions
- Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce defects and improve reliability
What You Bring:
- 3β5 years of experience in a Quality Control or inspection role
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Skilled in using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, optical comparators, etc.)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through
- High school diploma or equivalent required
