BBS Recruitment is a fast-growing and dedicated recruitment agency, specialising in providing high-calibre professionals to both private and public sector organisations. We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our client's busy office team based in Potters Bar on a temporary 2-week assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with strong administrative skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Proficiency in both Word and Excel is essential for this role.

About the Role: As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the office and administrative processes. You will work closely with the wider office team, assisting with a range of administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities for the Administrator:

  • Supporting the wider team with daily administrative tasks
  • Maintaining and updating records and databases
  • Ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Managing communications via phone and email
  • Assisting with general office administration duties
  • Handling data entry and document management tasks

Working Hours for the Administrator: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 4:00pm

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous administration experience within an office environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel (essential)
