We are currently recruiting a Recruitment Support Officer for our client based in Cardiff.
As a Recruitment Support Officer within the Foster Wales Cardiff team, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment, engagement, and onboarding of prospective foster carers, acting as the first point of contact for individuals interested in making a difference to children and young people in care.

Key Responsibilities for Recruitment Support Officer
- Manage and respond to fostering recruitment enquiries, providing accurate information and guidance to prospective foster carers through telephone, email, online enquiries, and face-to-face contact.
- Act as the dedicated first point of contact for potential foster carers, offering a warm, supportive, and professional service throughout the recruitment process.

- Assist with the creation and distribution of recruitment materials, promotional resources, and communications to attract potential foster carers from a range of backgrounds.
