We are currently recruiting for an experienced Night Care Team Leader for our client in Walthamstow and surrounding areas.
Duties & Responsibilities as a Night Care Team Leader:
- Lead and supervise a team of Night Support Workers during shifts.
- Allocate shifts and manage staff deployment to ensure adequate night cover.
- Update care plans, risk assessments, and support documentation as required.
- Administer medication in line with policies and procedures.
- Complete daily reports, handover notes, and incident documentation.
- Carry out regular resident welfare and safety checks throughout the night.
- Work flexible shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Conduct health and safety checks to ensure a safe environment.
- Perform security checks and monitor building access.
- Respond effectively to emergencies, incidents, and safeguarding concerns during night hours.
Working Hours: 21.15pm - 07.15am (Shift Rota)
