Care Assistant

We are currently looking for Care Assistants to join our client\’s friendly team in providing high-quality care to elderly residents in our residential care home based in Walthamstow and surrounding areas. Duties & Responsibilities of a Care Assistant: * Assisting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) * Supporting with mobility and daily activities * Helping at mealtimes and ensuring proper nutrition * Providing companionship and emotional support * Maintaining a clean and safe environment * Following care plans and reporting any concerns to senior staff Working hours: Shift Rota, 07.30am – 14.00pm and 14.30 – 21.30pm Reqirements for Care Assistant: * Enhanced DBS on the update service * A caring and respectful attitude * Good communication skills * Ability to work as part of a team * Previous experience * Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings if required If you’re ready to make a real difference in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you!
