BBS Recruitment is an independent recruitment agency for the transport and logistics sector, supplying to a variety of clients across London, Hertfordshire, and surrounding areas. We are currently recruiting for a Cleaner to carry out cleaning operations of Homes in Somerset run accommodations and halls. The Job holder must understand, uphold, and promote the aims of the council’s equality, diversity, and inclusion policies; health, safety and wellbeing of self and others; and Organisational values in everything you do.

Key Responsibilities for the Cleaner:

  • Work as part of a building cleaning team
  • To work as part of a team, and on own initiative to coordinate the cleaning operations across Homes in Somerset accommodations and halls to the specification set by the Supervisor.
  • To carry out quality cleaning tasks
  • To conduct all cleaning functions to the standard and specification as set out by the Cleaning Supervisor.
  • Work in a polite and helpful manner, consulting with colleagues, staff, and visitors.
  • Manual handling duties such as removal of rubbish and recycling, vacuuming, dusting.
  • Cleaning of Kitchen areas and Toilets to a high standard.

Working Hours for Cleaner: 10.75 hours per week
