We are looking to recruit a Property Secretary. An exciting time to join the firm during a period of ambitious growth. The firm ranks in the Legal500 & Chambers. They have a dedicated client base and are committed to exceptional client service.
Key Skills and Experience Required
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- Ideally experience within LEAP or InfoTrack
- Up-to-date knowledge of Property Forms & Searches (e.g., Land Registry, Companies House, AML)
- Familiarity with how conveyancing files are organised and structured
- Excellent IT and typing skills
- Able to communicate professionally with clients and team members
- A team player who will thrive in a progressive environment
Full time in the office (9am-5pm) with the potential for 1 day per week homeworking after the probation period.
