Our client based in High Wycombe is looking for a Junior Account Manager. This is an ideal role for someone with up to 2 years of experience in an office-based role. You'll work closely with senior account managers and internal teams to support the day-to-day management of client relationships. With training and mentorship, this role offers a clear path for career progression within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior account managers with client communications, reporting, and project coordination.
- Help manage client accounts and ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and prepare regular updates for internal and external use.
- Assist in creating client presentations and participating in client meetings.
- Liaise with clients to respond to questions and requests promptly.
- Monitor account performance and help identify growth opportunities.
