The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
This is a hands-on role working for a family run business on their busy site in Twyford. In this position, you will oversee the Health and Safety of the site while ensuring a safe and clean environment and supporting with general maintenance tasks across the business.
The role:
- H&S administration including risk assessments
- Overseeing workshop - ensuring clean and tidy environment
- Ensuring all areas of the business adhere to safety standards
- Monitoring and arranging maintenance
- Supporting with manual tasks across the site including groundwork, maintenance, removals etc
The right person:
- Working knowledge of H&S regulations
- Experience in managing/supervising a workshop/warehouse/construction site
- Background in Maintenance, construction, Groundwork or Landscaping would be highly beneficial
- Happy to be hands on and get involved in different areas of the business with physical tasks
- Strong IT skills
- A friendly, team player who enjoys working with a varied team
