Who can apply?

This programme is designed for teachers who:

  • Teach post-16 GCSE Mathematics resit and/or Functional Skills Maths
  • Are employed in a post-16 setting
  • Regularly teach maths to students aged 16–19 enrolled on full-time Study Programmes under the government’s Condition of Funding policy
  • Have at least two years’ experience teaching post-16 GCSE/FSQ maths
  • Have the capacity and ambition to lead change within their institution

Applicants may be based in FE colleges, Sixth Form colleges or other post-16 settings.

What is the cost?

The programme is completely free for participating schools, funded by the Maths Hubs Programme. Applications close on the 25th June 2025.
