Client-Side Estate / Property Manager (Single Site) - £70k Wembley
We are working with a boutique London developer who are looking to appoint an Estate Manager URGENTLY on one of their recently completed (highly prestigious) sites as follows:
- Site based in Wembley, working directly for the Developer (our client manages everything in-house; there is no managing agent)
- Hours are Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm
- You will come from either a Development / Estate Manager background OR Property Manager background or a combination of the two.
- In all cases you MUST have experience of large, prestigious new builds with extensive facilities.
- Development comprises commercial/retail units alongside 5 x blocks with extensive amenities including Swimming Pool, Gym, Cinema, Roof Terrace and Games Room.
- Highly customer focused; you will be resident facing at all times.
- Previous FM / experience of plant room / pool testing highly desirable.
- Managing relationships with (and the performance of) suppliers/contractors.
- Oversight of on-site staff including rotas (8 x concierge / porter / caretaker).
