We are working with a boutique London developer who is looking to appoint an Estate Manager URGENTLY on one of their highly prestigious new build sites in Wembley. The site is managed directly by the Developer, with no managing agent involved.
The development comprises commercial/retail units alongside 5 blocks with extensive amenities including a swimming pool, gym, cinema, roof terrace, and games room.
This role is highly customer-focused, requiring you to be resident-facing at all times. Previous facilities management experience, particularly in plant room and pool testing, is highly desirable.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Overseeing on-site staff, including rotas for 8 concierge/porter/caretaker positions
Good local knowledge is beneficial, and exposure to QUBE is advantageous. This role would suit an experienced Estate Manager looking for a fresh opportunity working client-side or a Property Manager looking to move to a single site. Experience in managing larger new build estates is essential.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm.
