We are working with a Super Prime Managing agent who oversees some of the most prestigious, iconic, luxurious, and desirable blocks in West and SW London. They are now looking to appoint a Security Team Leader / Head of Security as follows:
- Based in Chelsea, on a luxury residential development, working Mon-Fri 9am to 5.20pm.
- SIA qualification required, experience of CCTV systems preferred.
- Responsible for the Security and Safety of the site, its residents, their guests and all associated property and facilities.
- Ensuring access is only granted to those with reason to be on the development, safely and legally ensuring all others are escorted off the premises.
- Regular patrols of the communal corridors, its facilities (pool, spa, gym etc.) and external parts (car parks / grounds) to ensure health, safety and security in accordance with resident expectations.
- Reporting to the general manager, noting concerns, feeding back findings, and taking remedial action as appropriate.
- Understand H&S and basic procedures.
