Client-side position, working for a major developer / housing / property services provider responsible for a number of prominent public and private sector schemes nationally.
Based partly on an East London / Essex site and partly from home.
Assisting the on-site team with all aspects of management, from contractor oversight to maintenance, resident liaison and budgets.
A focus on site inspection / visibility, ensuring residents, contractors and all stakeholders are met as often as required and their queries / concerns dealt with promptly.
H&S savvy, ensuring ongoing compliance with current and evolving legislation.
Experience of FixFlo preferred / beneficial, but training can be provided to those with good, general systems awareness.
