Valuation Surveyor – £85k+ OTE (from up to £65k base)
We’re working exclusively with a long-established, mid-sized independent private practice based in North London.
With an impressive international client base including Private Banks, Hedge Funds and HNW individuals, they are now looking to hire an additional Surveyor as follows:
- Flexibility to create patches to suit across London and Home Counties
- Low volume, high fee workload (£1400 per report average)
- Long Form Valuation (commercial/residential mix – inc. development / HMO etc.)
- AssocRICS +VRS essential (with 3 years PQE or thereabouts)
- Quality over quantity ethos (not6+ points per day etc.)
- Diversity of workload (commercial, residential etc.)
- Highly desirable employer, positions rarely available and often only vacant through retirement or business growth (the latter being the case on this occasion)
In addition to a basic salary up to £65k the successful Surveyor can expect a generous car allowance, pension, annual leave entitlement and uncapped bonuses (percentage of fees) with no threshold.
