We’re working with a long established and highly reputable Property Management company who oversee leasehold blocks of flats across the South Coast, from Eastbourne to Portsmouth and beyond. Within their Block Management team, they now have an opportunity for a junior / trainee Property Manager as follows:

  • Working office based in Littlehampton whilst training, moving to a hybrid arrangement once settled
  • Learning all aspects of Leasehold Property Management, from service charge budgets to project management and site inspection
  • You will work among the wider property management department, providing full administrative support whilst learning from experienced, longstanding team members
  • In addition to answering basic emails and calls, you will visit sites under management and liaise with contractors undertaking projects
  • Previous property sector experience preferred, either lettings or block management, although those from a strong customer service/administrative background with a genuine interest will also be considered
  • Structured training and career path leading to full property manager status over time

The successful Junior Property Manager / Trainee Property Manager can expect a starting salary up to Β£30k plus benefits and pension, rising with tenure and responsibility.
