We’re working with a highly successful, independent and rapidly expanding property management group based in Hertfordshire who are looking to hire an enthusiastic Property Administrator / Junior Property Manager as follows:
- Working office based in Stevenage, Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm (our client is NOT an estate agency, so the position does NOT involve sales/viewings etc.)
- Offices are modern with a friendly inclusive team and professional, supportive environment
- Acting as first point of contact for incoming correspondence into the office including calls and emails (which may relate to maintenance, service charge matters etc.)
- Logging and updating information on the in-house management system.
- Handling maintenance tasks from start to finish, arranging contractors, access to properties, and providing updates.
- Maintaining records of property inspections and proactively scheduling compliance tasks.
- Updating compliance tracking systems.
- Updating resident contact details within central block management system.
- Maintaining central file electronic storage systems with documentation.
- General office administration.
