Senior Property Manager – Central London (Hybrid) – Β£60-65k We’re working with a long-established, fully independent managing agent based right in the heart of the West End of London. Specialising in the management of bespoke, high end new builds, RMC and Freeholder sites in Prime and Central London they are now looking to hire an additional Senior Property Manager as follows: * Hybrid working (2 days from home) reporting into a West End office base * Hours being Mon-Fri 9-5.30pm with occasional evening client meetings as required * The successful Senior Property Manager has to be ATPI / MTPI qualified with 5 years block management experience * Stable career history with clear track record of progression * Diverse portfolio experience – new build, RTM and freeholder – with excellent relationship building skills across the spectrum * Must have experience overseeing portfolios within which Service Charges exceed Β£300k on single sites * Full range of duties from budget preparation to major works consultation, insurance, and contractor oversight * The duties of a Senior Property Manager include management tenders, recruitment of site staff and new development mobilisation * Good general IT / systems literacy essential Salary for the successful Senior Property Manager will start between Β£60-65k with private healthcare, life cover, and a genuine career path within one of the most successful independent agents in London.
