Overview

Senior Property Manager - Manchester (Hybrid) - £40-45k. We\'re working with a long established, highly regarded independent Property Consultancy who are looking to hire an additional Senior Property Manager as follows:

Responsibilities

  • Working on a hybrid basis, reporting into a Manchester office 3 days per week (with the other 2 days working from home/site)
  • You\'ll bring 4 years previous block management experience, ideally gained within an independent setting (our client is non-corporate, focused on Manchester and would best suit those looking for the same)
  • In addition to managing your own portfolio, you will oversee a small team of Property Manager and Assistant Property Managers, providing technical guidance and support as required
  • Dealing with escalated matters from Residents and Clients, as well as handovers and new management enquiries
  • Overseeing a compact, high quality, long retained and (most importantly) manageable portfolio of local blocks (numbering no more than 500 units), enabling a quality service and providing genuine work/life balance
  • Excellent Accounting and Administrative support, lightening the administrative load
  • Reporting to Senior Management, implementing processes to improve service levels and business performance
  • TPI / RICS qualification

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4 years previous block management experience, ideally within an independent setting
  • Leadership: ability to oversee a small team of Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers
  • Skills: strong accounting and administration capabilities
  • Certification: TPI / RICS qualification
  • Location: based in or near Manchester
