We are working exclusively with a relatively new but highly impressive and fast-growing independent managing agent who are looking to hire an additional Property Manager (or Assistant PM looking to step up) as follows:
- Suitable for a Property Manager (with 2 years + experience) or an accomplished Assistant PM ready to step up
- Working predominantly office based on the SE London/North Kent Borders (1x day WFH possible once settled)
- Driving license essential, car preferred (though there may be a pool car available for site visits for those without a vehicle)
- Overseeing a local, compact, long held, and well-run cooperative portfolio of small to medium sized RTM sites
- Undertaking the full range of duties from budgets to major works, insurance and beyond, as part of a vibrant, friendly and supportive long-standing team
- Stable career history essential
- Dog friendly office with break out zones and lots of socials
- Casual dress code (when not visiting site/meeting clients)
- Virtually zero staff turnover – everyone who joins loves it and stays, enjoying progression and regular pay reviews over time
