Weβre working with a long established and highly reputable Property Management company who oversee leasehold blocks of flats across the South Coast, from Eastbourne to Portsmouth and beyond. Within their Block Management team, they now seek to hire an additional Property Manager as follows:
- Working mostly home based (4 days per week) overseeing a south coast portfolio of blocks local to home (our client will tailor a portfolio to suit your home location to minimise travel)
- Reporting into a Littlehampton office once weekly to start, less once settled / established
- Undertaking regular site visits, liaising with residents/directors, managing major works (S20), service charge budgets, insurance provision and AGMs
- Minimal admin/emails to answer as all first line resident queries (maintenance/accounts) dealt with centrally at head office
- You will have at least 2 years block management experience and come from a stable career background
- ATPI qualification desirable but not essential
